Chuẩn bị tất cả các nguyên liệu. Khoai lang rửa sạch đem đi hấp.
Khoai luộc chín, lột vỏ. Cho vào tô khoai 1 muỗng canh đường rồi tán nhuyễn.
Cho bánh tráng lên khay, bẻ gập đầu bánh tráng cở 2cm, rồi cho khoai lang và thanh phô mai (phô mai được cắt thành que ngắn 3cm). Sau đó gấp 2 bên mép cuốn lại. Cứ cuốn như vậy cho đến hết nhân.
Cho dầu vào nồi với lửa nhỏ, dầu hơi nóng cho bánh vào chiên. Vì nhân bánh đã chín, nên thấy nem vàng đều vớt ra cho lên giấy thấm dầu. Nem vàng đều, không hút dầu.
Rắc ngò rí cắt nhuyễn lên nem, nem được chấm với tương cà chua rất ngon. Nhân ngọt với phô mai chảy ra, vỏ giòn tan. Ôi ngon không tưởng, các mẹ mình hãy làm cho con nha.
